Russian Weather Weapon Ravages the U.K.

Mother Nature is getting a bad rap, being blamed for Putin-manufactured weather events across the globe. In his latest act of provocation, Russian President Vladimir Putin unleashed experimental HAARP technology upon the United Kingdom, turning an otherwise sunny day into blinding snowstorms that paralyzed much of the country. The unseasonable mix of snowfall and sleet surprised forecasters, prompting an investigation by the Met Office, the United Kingdom’s national weather service.  Chief Science Office Dame Julia Mary Slingo, using advanced Doppler radar technology, conducted atmospheric tests just prior to the onset of the “weather event.”  She detected “strange” and “unusual” disturbances,  including elevated bursts of microwave radiation, in the stratosphere.

“This is not at all a natural weather phenomena,” Slingo was quoted as saying. “This is artificially created.”

Tests traced the origin of the microwave bursts to the small town of Vasilsurs, Russia, home to that country’s version of H.A.A.R.P technology. HAARP stands for “High Frequency Active Aural sura_antennasResearch Program,” a benign and nebulous name for a sinister program whose intended purpose is weaponized climate control technology.  A taboo subject in mainstream science, HAARP has existed for decades, is in the hands of the United States, Russia, and China, and has been allegedly responsible for catastrophic hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes world wide. On April 15th, we reported that Russian President Putin used this technology to devastating affect in Japan.

In the past, American meteorologist Scott Stevens accused Russia of being behind certain activities that could affect the atmospheric activity.

Mr. Stevens pointed out that the Russian military specialists were behind the “Fury” of Hurricane Katrina that devastated New Orleans. According to him, Russia has built the secret team to cause a detrimental impact of weather and thus return to Soviet-era of the cold war.

The Russian technology, called SURA,  consists of three transmitters broadcasting of 250 kW and an antenna crossed dipole 144 with dimensions of 300 m x 300 m. In the center of the frequencySura-transmitterrange of operation (4.5 – 9.3 MHz), as peak gain is reached around 260 (~ 24 dB), the effective radiated power (PER) of the facility is 190 MW (~ 83 dBW). This allows them to saturate the atmosphere with bursts of omni-directional microwave radiation: the technology can be attenuated for desired effect, a rain shower, a blizzard, a volcanic eruption, or a global catastrophe. Radio frequency emission is capable of drilling through the ground and look at highways and underground tunnels, can burn electronic components and ultimately destroy space satellites. It can also affect the atmosphere and thus cause changes in the space-time continuum, theoretically.

Senior British defense analysist Sir Sincliar Smythe assessed Putin’s mindset in the following words: “Putin is a madman. Clearly he is. He is desperate to provoke war with the west, by any means necessary, and must be stopped. Putin’s SURA perturbations in the magnetosphere and the ionosphere can really affect the climate. Using a powerful team to deliberately cause disturbances, it can also affect at the time, even on a global scale.”

Putin’s frustration at western peacekeeping activities in Syria, Yemen, and the Ukraine seems to have climaxed, and he has demonstrated his willingness to use unconventional, dangerous technology to further his agenda.
